SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 10-4PM | 2 DAYS | INTERMEDIATE

About the Class
This intensive weekend course is a great way to focus and improve your skills on the potter's wheel. On Saturday morning we work on the basics, practising technique with cylinders. The afternoon is spent improving on this and exploring other vessels. The Sunday morning is spent trimming down pots and making them your own. During the afternoon the focus is on handles with many types explored. Decorating slip is painted onto pots before they are fired to finish your work.
The cost of the class includes all materials and you will be able to choose your best 8 pots to fire. We offer each student a potter’s wheel, the studio stoneware clay and stoneware decorating slips.
All classes are for adults only and a maximum of 10 people.
Saturday and Sunday 10-4pm.
