The class is sold out will there be more?

Yes, all classes and courses run throughout the year, every month except December. Classes are usually uploaded on the 1st of every month for dates a couple of months in advance.  If the class is sold out use the green button on the right to sign up for an email notification if space becomes available.

I have never done pottery before what class do you recommend? 

The taster class is a great way to start. A one-off, commitment-free way to give it a go. If you get hooked then you can move one of the beginner's courses. 

Where are you based?

All classes are held in our east London studio at Stepney City Farm.
The farm is located on Stepney Way, E1 3DG and easily reached from Stepney Green or Limehouse underground stations. There is no parking on the farm. 

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund can only be given within 14 days from the initial date of booking. You can reschedule your class provided we are given at least 7 days notice before your class date. Regrettably, we are unable to change any bookings if LESS than 7 days notice is given.

Can I buy a gift voucher for a class?

Yes, you can buy a voucher for any class here.

What is included in the class?

Everything! The price of all classes including the clay, glazes, the use of tools, aprons and two kiln firings of your work. All of your pots will be food, dishwasher and microwave safe.


I have bought an item online when will it be posted?

All orders will be posted within 5 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.  When your order leaves the studio we will email you a tracking number that can be used to track your order.  

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with all original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. We cannot refund the original postage on returned items.

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Proof of postage must be obtained when returning an item as refunds cannot be made on lost returns without proof of postage.
