ONLINE SHOP:

When will the shop be open again?

The next update will be in June/July 2021, subscribe to my mailing list for updates.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

No, I only ship inside the UK. 

Can I commission you?

At the moment I am only selling work through my online shop updates. I also work with a small number of restaurants and cafes on bespoke pieces. I'm at capacity for wholesale orders and not taking on any new clients.

How quickly will I receive my purchase?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days and you will receive tracking information in an email from my website as well as email and text delivery updates. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please let me know within 14days of receiving it and send it back unused for a full refund. I will not cover shipping cost on returns.  It is recommended that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. 

 

POTTERY CLASSES:

Are classes running?

Yes! We are back up and running after the latest lockdown. Classes are currently sold out for May - August. You can subscribe to my mailing list for an update on when new classes are added. Use the green email when available button on a course page to sign up for an alert incase of any cancellations.

I have never done pottery or used the wheel before what class do you recommend? 

The taster class is a great way to start. A one-off, commitment-free way to give it a go. If you get hooked then you can move to one of the beginner's courses. 

Where are you based?

All classes are held in our east London studio at Stepney City Farm.
The farm is located on Stepney Way, E1 3DG and easily reached from Stepney Green or Limehouse underground stations. There is no parking on the farm. 

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

A full refund can only be given within 14 days from the initial date of booking. You can reschedule your class provided we are given at least 7 days notice before your class date. Regrettably, we are unable to change any bookings if LESS than 7 days notice is given.

Can I buy a gift voucher for a class or pottery?

No, not for the moment. As we work through the back log of cancelled classes due to Covid-19 we have suspended the sale of vouchers. 

What is included in the class?

Everything! The price of all classes includes the clay, glazes, tools, aprons and two kiln firings of your work. All of your pots will be food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
